As a keen distance runner I have ongoing problems with my hip flexors. I had tried treating this myself with stretching, and then a friend recommended Body Zen to me and I have been blown away. Graeme is kind and compassionate and his treatment has reduced my pain levels significantly and kept me mobile. Thank you Graeme and see you again soon.

Graeme helped me with an ongoing issue with my neck, not only relieving the tension, but also advising on stretches I can perform at home to help prevent the issue in the future. I highly recommend.
Andy Sill
I tried sports massage due to an ongoing shoulder injury from sports, it helped to relieve the tension and improve mobility in my shoulder. Graeme explained each stage and ensured I felt comfortable.

Due to an underlying condition, I suffer from constant pain on my back and I have been in Body Zen's hands for a while, I must admit that this helped me a lot. I can not but highly recommend this great service. Graeme knows for sure where to press to relieve the pain and to make his customers feel better. Thank you.

I have chronic compartment syndrome in my calf muscles which had become debilitating. I needed to stretch after 5 min of walking and sometimes would be in agony. Recomended exercises – squats etc have helped but never really altered the muscle tightness or form.
Graeme has been treating my calf muscles for coming up to a year now. He regularly uses targeted sustained pressure on small areas he identifies as blockages or spasms. He explains this breaks up tissue adhesions and allows oxygenated blood to flow back in to the area, so that the muscle compartment receives nutrients and blood flows more fluidly. It was the lack of oxygenated blood causing the pain.
I have seen a massive reduction in the tightness of my calves and the shape has changed, they are not so shortened. I no longer experience severe intense pain and can exercise and walk freely without worrying about permanently damaging my calves.
I would highly recommend him as a sports massage therapist.
